The breakfast was great, with a buffet and eggs cooked the way you want them. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, and the location was perfect for visiting family in the area. We also appreciated the trust system at the bar, which made it easy to enjoy a beer after a long drive.
There was no staff available after hours, and we had some trouble accessing the hotel when we arrived. It took us about an hour to get in touch with someone, and the language barrier was a bit of a challenge.

Nestled in the charming old town, this medium-sized pension offers a quiet escape. The rooms are bright and clean, and the breakfast spread is ample. Staff members are personable and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests. the trust-based system for the bar is a thoughtful touch.
The Wi-Fi could use an overhaul. While it was recently updated, reaching it from the upper floors can prove difficult.

We loved the clean rooms and the excellent breakfast buffet, which included made-to-order eggs. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The staff, especially Katharina, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

Lockout was quite inconvenient. The staff doesn't seem to speak English and was not there to assist us with accessing the hotel, which made us wait for almost an hour just to obtain an access code.
